Board Member's Service Dates

In 1989, when Centex/Crosland began building homes in Bradfield Farms, officers of that company comprised the Board of Directors of the Homeowners Association. Over the years, homeowners gradually replaced Centex officials. Pat Devine and Dennis Davis were the last President and Vice President, respectively, on a Board which in 1997, had only one remaining Centex representative (Mike Mastin). The following is a chronological listing of Board Directors who have served since March 1998, when the Board was granted 100% owner representation in accordance with Article III of the community bylaws.

All resident homeowners in good standing are eligible for election to a two-year term on the HOA Board of Directors. Elections are held at the annual meeting after candidates have been identified by a Nominating Committee. Essential qualifications are industriousness, ability to work as a team player, ability to think creatively and independently, and understanding of the covenants, rules and regulations, and bylaws of the community. If you are interested in serving on the Board or on a committee, contact any current Board member. All service is performed on an uncompensated, volunteer, basis.
