This page was updated October 13, 2009

This page is being developed as a "one-stop-shopping" effort to provide information to the Bradfield Farms residents about the ARC, its processes and forms, where to find additional data, and to provide the ARC decisions. LUESA (Land Use and Environmental Services Agency) used to be called the Building Department and they have done a good job developing their website.

Call the NC One-Call Center at "811" 48 hours before digging in your yard.  It is state law that the underground utilities be located before any excavation occurs to prevent damage to buried utilities, personal injuries, and interruption of services. The One-Call Center will contact the utility companies and have a locating company come to your home and mark the location of the buried lines.  This is a FREE service, so there is no good reason  not to do it.  Here are some brochures.
