3/5 - Did you know that you can pay your Annual Fee (Dues) online?  Well, you can, at AMG's website.  Click here to be taken to the payment page.  You will need to have your AMG account number which is printed in your payment booklet, or you can call AMG at 704-889-7500 and have them look it up for you.  There is a 6% convenience fee added to the amount being paid and the processing is done in AMG's home office in Greensboro, NC.  If you are trying to meet a deadline, this is the fastest way to go, BUT, you will need to call Randy Fann and tell him that you have made your payment and supply the confirmation number.

2/28 - The latest NewsBeat has been posted to the website.  Click the NewsBeat online link in the left menu.

2/21 - Some items of interest for those attending Monday night's HOA Board Meeting: The Agenda

1/16 - It's THAT time of year again!  Our Annual Meeting with election of two Directors will be held in May and the Board is seeking candidates for those two seats on the Board and we need a few folks to serve on the Nominating Committee.  Regarding the Nominating Committee, Board President Bill Colyer released this announcement:

"The Bradfield Farms Homeowners Association is seeking volunteers to serve as the 2010 Nominating Committee.  These individuals would lead the process of seeking out individuals in our community to run for the two Director positions to be filled at the Annual Meeting in April.  Members of the Nominating Committee do not run for a Board position, but have the charge to find the qualified individuals to provide HOA Leadership for the coming year.  The Nominating Committee serves for a period of three months.  If you are interested in serving on the Nominating Committe (or running for a Board seat), please contact Bill Colyer, President, or any Board Member."
