EVENTS:   <6/25 Movies On The Lawn, 8pm @ RC Pool>  <6/30 Best Lawn Judging>,  <7/17 Summer Yard Sale, 7am -1pm>

7/20 - Items for the Monday Night Board Meeting, 7/26; Agenda and Consent Items

7/11 - In case you missed it, I copied an article from Sunday's Charlotte Observer about the Reedy Creek Rd. bridge being replaced beginning about August 1.  The NCDOT is tying the relocation of our entrance to the bridge replacement project and expect the entire project to be complete by November 2011.

7/6 - The latest NewsBeat has been posted to the website.  Click the NewsBeat online link in the left menu.

6/9 - I have rounded up some pictures and placed them on the "About Us/ Pictures" page link in the left menu.  When the page opens, click on the Event Pictures link.  The photos will display best using Internet Explorer.

5/25 - For those that are interested in the NCDOT project to relocate our Harrisburg Road intersection, I have prepared a color-shaded version of the early NCDOT drawings.  These ARE NOT the final construction drawings (I'm trying to obtain them), but it is a good representation of the project.  When the project is finished and the old pavement has been removed, the land currently used for the road's right-of-way will be returned to the BF HOA and become Common Area.  The HOA Board is currently in negotiations for the HOA property that NCDOT needs to acquire for construction.

Bradfield Farms is supporting the new Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte that is under construction.  Your webmaster has volunteered to be the "point person" for a Pull-Tab Collection Drive (weblink).  All you have to do is save every pull-tab from any type of container such as sodas, soups, cat food, sardines, your "favorite adult beverage", or...well, you get the picture.  I suggest using an empty milk or juice jug as it will hold a lot of them and not take up a lot of space.  I have printed up 250 stickers (and I'll be glad to print more) that can be applied to the collection jugs, so call me at 704-573-4401 or e-mail at DMorrisPE@Gmail.com and I will deliver some stickers to you.  We'll collect the pull-tabs during the various BF Activity Events.  This is an ongoing effort that will continue even after the Charlotte house is open.  They always need funds to help pay for the operating expenses, maintenance, etc.
